About the Role
Are you eager to help us write the next chapter in protein snacking? Join the #1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide as the Commercial Finance Manager at Link Snacks, driving excellence across Brands: Jack Link’s®, Peperami®, BiFi®, and Minuets®.
Based in Richmond, this role is an integral partner to Sales and Marketing, ensuring strategic commercial decision-making, financial agility, and operational efficiency—supporting our ambition to become the EMEA leader in branded protein snacks.
You’ll report to the Head of Commercial Finance EMEA and thrive in our dynamic HQ in Amsterdam, surrounded by a multi-national crew of 25+ nationalities, where collaboration and bold problem-solving are the norm.

Responsibilities
Commercial Business Partnering
- Partner with Regional Sales & Marketing teams to:
- Analyse performance and profitability, turning insights into growth strategies
- Spark discussions that reframe assumptions and boost margins
- Unite with Key Account Managers to prepare for critical retail negotiations:
- Drive analysis, refinement, and evidence-based joint presentations
- Empower Marketing by co-creating business cases and evaluating outcomes of:
- Product launches
- Strategic investments
- Arguments for long-term initiatives
- Handle commercial CAPEX projects with:
- Real-time financial diagnostics
- Rigorous monitoring from conception to completion
- Continuous audit of financial hygiene
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis
- Shape the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) timeline and strategy
- delve into market-level KPIs for Jack Link’s®, Peperami®, BiFi®, and Minuets®:
- Highlight critical risks and growth opportunities
- Generate and pitch regular financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management, sales, and the Commercial Finance team—ensuring they align with operational priorities and turbine productivity
Digital Finance & Process Improvement
- Champion analytics automation:
- Leverage BI tools and ERP integrations for scalable reporting and planning
- Implement data-driven efficiencies to cut costs and lift profitability
Governance & Controls
- Steer year-end closing processes and statutory audits
- Oversee rebate agreements and trade spend:
- Tightly collaborate with Key Account Managers on accruals tracking via ERP
- Ensure rebates’ financial controls and implications are flawlessly embedded
About You
Key Requirements
- Citizenship: UK passport holder or valid work permit (relocation support unavailable)
- Education: Degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Experience:
- 5–8 years in Finance or FP&A, with FMCG experience
- Up-close experience with P&L scrutiny and top/bottom-line impact analysis
- Technical Skills:
- Excel mastery (spreadsheet modelling, financial assumptions)
- SAP/Oracle ERP experience
- BI proficiency (willing to use Power BI/Tableau)
- Pigment planning is a plus
- Mindset:
- Data-literate—translating insights into actionable strategies
- Pragmatic problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Highly self-driven, results-driven doer
- Fluent in English; Dutch advantage
