Salary: Up to £65k base

Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid)

Be the commercial voice behind performance and growth

We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with the Crematoria Managing Director and leadership team—providing the insight, challenge and financial clarity needed to drive performance and long-term growth.

This is a high-impact role where you won’t just report on numbers—you’ll help shape decisions, influence strategy and improve business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the trusted Finance Business Partner to the Crematoria leadership team Analyse financial and operational performance across P&L and capex, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring robust assumptions and clear, actionable outputs Deliver clear, commercial insight to senior stakeholders to support decision-making Build and review business cases across pricing, investment, site development and growth initiatives Support monthly performance reviews and board-level reporting Work cross-functionally to improve reporting, KPIs and data-driven decision-making

About You

You’re someone who:

Has strong commercial acumen and enjoys solving problems Thrives in a role where you can influence and make a real impact Is naturally curious and driven to improve performance Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently with non-finance stakeholders Works well both independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience as a Finance Business Partner in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to analyse performance and turn data into clear commercial insight Strong experience in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis Experience working with KPIs, trends and performance drivers in a multi-site or operational business Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, large data sets) Exposure to tools like Tableau or Oracle (nice to have)
