Commercial Finance Manager
Location: Andover
An exciting opportunity exists for a Commercial Finance Manager to contribute to the accounting and finance team of an insurance-focused organisation, providing expertise to drive financial strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and predict future trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and financial plans
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, while capitalising on emerging opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders with clarity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Support process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

Profile & Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate:
- A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Experience in the insurance industry or a related sector
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders
- A proactive approach to resolving financial challenges

Job Offer
This role offers:
