We're supporting a growing international business in the search for an experienced EMEA Commercial Finance Manager to join the team on an initial 3-month contract.
Working closely with the Commercial and Marketing leadership teams, you'll act as a trusted finance partner, providing insight and challenge to support key commercial decisions across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior Commercial and Marketing stakeholders across EMEA.
- Leading the commercial budgeting and forecasting process.
- Supporting pricing, net sales, and margin performance.
- Providing commercial insight and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
- Owning the monthly commercial performance narrative and full P&L reporting.
- Managing one junior FP&A Analyst.

To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Previous commercial finance or FP&A experience supporting the EMEA region.
- Strong business partnering skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and commercial performance analysis.
- A data-driven approach with strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
