About The Role

As a Commercial Finance Manager at Prime, you will play a key role in strengthening financial insight and planning across the business.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to provide high-quality analysis and commercial insight that supports decision-making and drives business performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with the Head of FP&A and leadership team to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will deliver clear, actionable reporting and analysis across revenue, margin, and cost performance, using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel modelling. A key part of the role is translating complex financial data into insight that drives decisions and accountability.

You will support commercial activities including client profitability, pricing, and bids, as well as conducting post-project reviews to identify opportunities to improve performance.

You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, including system improvements, scenario modelling, and investment decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
