Commercial Finance Role - New Markets Team

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 plus Bonus
Location: West London (50/50 hybrid split)

This is a newly critical role sitting at the heart of the Africa & Middle East Commercial Development function. You'll own the financial management of the division, acting as the bridge between end markets and the central finance function, making sure P&L reporting is accurate, timely and reconciled at every level.

If you're a commercially minded finance professional who wants ownership of a full division's P&L, not just a seat reporting into one, this is worth a conversation.

What you'll be doing

  • Own P&L management across Africa & Middle East, working directly with Business Units to understand financial models and reporting cycles
  • Lead monthly reconciliation between the finance function and market level reporting, getting to the root of any discrepancies between actual and reported performance
  • Own Value Chain management at market level, guiding local teams on VC construction and approving changes once aligned with the right stakeholders
  • Track NSR, COGS and OI performance by market and understand what's driving variance
  • Develop Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives that grow value ahead of volume
  • Build and implement new financial and VC processes, moving the function from individual driven delivery to a system driven one
  • Flag risk to financial commitments early and drive the solutions to mitigate it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
