Commercial Finance Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + benefits
Location: London (Hybrid)
Industry: Listed Technology Business

Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking for a role with genuine strategic influence?

We're partnering with a Listed Technology Business seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join a high-performing Group Finance team. This position offers exceptional visibility across the organisation, working closely with senior leadership on some of the most significant commercial, investment and growth initiatives across the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, challenging thinking, and turning analysis into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to assess strategic opportunities and support key commercial decisions
  • Build and review financial models that underpin investment proposals, growth initiatives and large-scale business projects
  • Coordinate the preparation of materials used in executive-level investment and governance forums
  • Evaluate the commercial and financial impact of major programmes, helping stakeholders understand risks, opportunities and returns
  • Lead cross-functional projects where outcomes and benefits span multiple areas of the organisation
  • Translate complex financial information into meaningful insights for non-finance audiences
  • Provide independent challenge to assumptions within investment cases and strategic proposals
  • Support senior executives with ad-hoc analysis, scenario planning and decision support on high-priority business matters
  • Drive improvements in governance, business case quality and financial decision-making processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis experience
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across a large organisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing business cases, investment appraisals or strategic recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger commercial picture
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
