Our Client is a proven investment manager, developer and operator focused on living real estate, with a strong track record in creating value across the lifecycle of an asset.
Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support the liquidity and the growth strategy for the team.
Based in Central London the role reports directly to the Finance Director and will act as a business partner to the wider business supporting the Investor Management and Operational Teams. You will be responsible for Investor reporting and have direct contact with the Investors circulating and fielding queries alongside, leading on the reporting, treasury and governance of the applicable operational entities.

This is a small team and will offer wide exposure across the business. As such we are looking for someone that is comfortable liaising at all levels and getting involved as and where needed. You will need to be a commercially minded hands on accountant who can understand context and deeper analysis not just process numbers.

Experience required:
- 2.1 graduate, Qualified ACA with proven experience working in/for an institutional real estate investment finance team. (c3-5 years pqe.)
- Operational experience or exposure would be a key advantage, particularly prior experience with Yardi or equivalent PMS.
- Experience in transactions, investment, accounting treasury and tax within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills, self starter and highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
