Finance Manager | Fully Remote | £50,000 - £60,000
Resourcery Group are working with a £60m turnover UK Division of a large Plc as they look to hire a new Commercial Finance Manager in what is a commercial role. The Commercial Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial reporting and forecasting cycles, acting as a trusted business partner to translate financial metrics into actionable insights for leadership. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a profitable and growing business, where finance is highly valued.
The business has a fully remote model with quarterly visits to the North West Head office.
Main duties
- Manage monthly management accounting and commercial analysis to maximize profitability and top-line growth.
- Evaluate business unit performance to flag financial risks and execute operational turnarounds.
- Report high-level financial insights and operational performance directly to executive boards and C-suite leaders.
- Own the end-to-end planning cycle, consolidating cross-functional P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity statements.
- Present annual plans and mid-year forecasts while clearly highlighting core strategic risks and rewards.
- Utilize scenario analysis and corporate modelling to stress-test future business decisions.
- Partner with senior division directors to steer financial success across assigned sectors.
- Steer strategic transformation and growth initiatives through analytical guidance and rigorous financial challenge.

- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
