Are you an experienced Commercial Finance Broker, Corporate Lending Manager or Business Finance Specialist looking for more autonomy, great earning potential and the chance to play a key role in a non-corporate, independent brokerage?
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing commercial finance business in a senior position where you’ll work closely with the Director to support clients with a range of funding solutions and help shape the continued growth of the company.

What you’ll do:
You’ll use your experience within commercial finance, corporate lending or business finance to support customers with a range of finance and funding solutions, including commercial mortgages, business loans, asset finance and more.

What we're looking for:
You’ll need a background in commercial finance, corporate lending, business banking, asset finance, property finance or a similar finance environment.
This could suit someone already working as a Commercial Finance Broker, Corporate Lending Manager, Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager within the finance sector.

Ideally, you’ll already have clients, or a strong network you can build from. Just as importantly, you’ll be confident developing new relationships, spotting opportunities and generating business.
What matters most is that you understand SME lending, can build trusted relationships and are motivated by the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of a smaller, ambitious business.
Other Information
- Basic salary of up to £60,000 + Commission based on income split
- Realistic OTE of £120,000+
- 36 days annual leave
- Hybrid working – one day per week office-based once trained
This role would suit a Commercial Finance Broker, Corporate Lending Manager, Business Finance Specialist, Relationship Manager or Lender Account Manager with experience within commercial finance, corporate finance or the banking industry.
