About the Role
Your Mission
Your main focus will be creating real sales impact with ambiguous and non-commercial prospects. You’ll leverage the following key activities to expand the business:
- Become an expert: Build deep knowledge of our cutting-edge offerings to confidently engage with potential clients.
- Build powerful relationships: Connect with inbound prospects and nurture strong commercial relationships tailored to their unique needs.
- Own your territory: Independently manage a client territory, including regular site visits to understand operations and identify growth opportunities.
- Close the deal: Successfully negotiate, close, and sign contracts with key decision-makers and influencers—winning bookings, accounts, and backlog.
- Be the bridge: Act as the central point of contact between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Product teams to ensure seamless project progression.
- Client liaison: Work closely with existing customers, managing contractual changes and resolving queries efficiently.

Requirements
To thrive in this commercially demanding role, we’re looking for graduates who:
- Hold a degree-level qualification (any subject).
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Are self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a challenging, target-driven environment.
- Have strong commercial acumen and awareness of market dynamics.
- Can excel independently while contributing effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- Remain composed under pressure and thrive on logical, results-driven thinking.
- Show proven adaptability and a willingness to learn fast.
