Job Overview

  • £31,000 annual salary + competitive benefits package
  • Hybrid working – coming into our Coventry office minimum twice per week, with flexibility as needed. Home location needs to be within a 60 mile radius of Coventry office.
  • 3-year fixed term
  • September 2026

Kick off your journey with placements in our commercial departments which include Network Development, Customer Experience, B2B, Parts & Service, Marketing, Sales and Aftersales.

Who We’re Looking For

You should have (or expect to achieve) at least a 2:1 degree, plus Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). A UK driving licence is helpful but not essential – just be comfortable commuting to Coventry at least twice per week. We want self-motivated, passionate, and innovative individuals with excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a creative mindset.
