Role Overview

Responsibilities include:

  • Building confident engagement with prospects by mastering the business’ offering
  • Reaching out to incoming leads and fostering business relationships with potential clients
  • Managing an assigned territory with autonomy and integrity, including regular site visits
  • Negotiating, closing, and signing contracts with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Serving as the central point of contact between customers, sales, delivery, legal, and product teams
  • Coordinating with existing customers on contractual updates
  • Participating in incentivised company holidays linked to team performance

Requirements

  • Degree-level education completed
  • Must hold a driving licence with access to a car
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and eager for success
  • Strong commercial instincts; comfortable in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handling pressure while remaining analytical
  • Adaptable with a proven capacity for continuous learning
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
