Role Overview
Responsibilities include:
- Building confident engagement with prospects by mastering the business’ offering
- Reaching out to incoming leads and fostering business relationships with potential clients
- Managing an assigned territory with autonomy and integrity, including regular site visits
- Negotiating, closing, and signing contracts with key decision-makers and influencers
- Serving as the central point of contact between customers, sales, delivery, legal, and product teams
- Coordinating with existing customers on contractual updates
- Participating in incentivised company holidays linked to team performance

Requirements
- Degree-level education completed
- Must hold a driving licence with access to a car
- Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and eager for success
- Strong commercial instincts; comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handling pressure while remaining analytical
- Adaptable with a proven capacity for continuous learning
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
