Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – Package
- A competitive basic salary of £24,574, with total on-target earnings (OTE) of up to £35k in Year One

Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s offering to confidently engage with prospects
- Identify and connect with inbound prospects, building long-term business relationships
- Manage your own sales territory with autonomy, visiting clients and prospects regularly
- Negotiate, close, and execute contracts with key decision-makers
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales, delivery, legal, and product teams
- Handle contractual changes and client liaison

- Degree-level education (or achieving degree standard)
- Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, remaining composed under pressure
