Scheme Package
- A competitive basic salary of £26k, with OTE bringing your total package to £32k in your first year*

Role
- Obtain in-depth knowledge of the business’s offering to engage with prospects confidently
- Reach out to inbound prospects and build business relationships with potential clients
- Manage your own territory with autonomy and integrity, including regular visits to client and prospect sites
- Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision-makers and influencers
- Serve as the central point of contact between: Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams
- Liaise closely with existing customers on any contractual changes
- Attend incentive company holidays, acknowledging team success
Requirements
Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, demonstrating a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment, with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure scenarios, applying logical decision-making
- Proven adaptability, with the ability to learn and grow quickly in diverse settings
