What you'll be doing

  • Lead and support commercial projects that drive value creation, working collaboratively across teams.
  • Strengthen commercial activities that improve cost efficiency and performance.
  • Identify and deliver revenue-generating opportunities, including building strong customer relationships.
  • Provide data, insights, and analysis to procurement, supply chain, and other functions to support business performance reporting.
  • Deliver innovative ideas and solutions that create real impact for the business.
  • Support strategic initiatives that are critical to Synthomer's future growth.
  • Evaluate market conditions to help coordinate and secure significant business deals.
  • Champion innovations that sustain the ongoing success of Synthomer.
  • Take ownership of your personal development by building strong stakeholder relationships through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
