JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Commercial Image Post-Production Retoucher to join our Studio team in London. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, brand-consistent imagery across multiple product categories, supporting our global e-commerce, marketing, and creative channels.
Combining technical precision with creative judgement, you will ensure every image accurately represents the product while aligning with Burberry's creative vision and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retouch a broad range of imagery including apparel, accessories, beauty, and lifestyle products for e-commerce and marketing channels.
- Deliver high volumes of assets while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Apply advanced Adobe Photoshop techniques, including colour correction, masking, shadow creation, dust removal, liquifying, and skin and hair retouching.
- Ensure colour accuracy and consistency across all product categories.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, and workflow teams to review and approve imagery prior to delivery.
- Support relationships with external post-production partners, providing guidance and reviewing completed assets.
- Perform quality assurance checks on live imagery, identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies.
- Execute seasonal creative direction and brand guidelines across all imagery.
- Manage image administration tasks, including sourcing, filing, and resubmitting assets.
- Utilise the latest AI-powered tools and features within Adobe Photoshop to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality.

PERSON PROFILE
- Degree in Photography or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Advanced retouching skills and a strong commercial eye.
- Passion for creating imagery that is both creatively compelling and true to product.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-led creative workflows.
- Experienced working within a photography, retouching, or studio environment.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced production setting with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experienced within the fashion, luxury, or creative industry.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of colour management, product accuracy, and image quality standards.
- Organised and able to effectively prioritise workload.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
