We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent insurance broker in Finchley that has built an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service to commercial clients.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking to strengthen their team with a Commercial Insurance Account Handler who enjoys building client relationships, delivering exceptional service and working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring they receive a professional, proactive service throughout the life of their policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing renewals from start to finish
  • Handling mid-term adjustments and policy administration
  • Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing technical support and advice across a range of commercial insurance products

About You

  • Experience within a commercial insurance brokerage
  • Good knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Acturis experience (desirable but not essential)
  • CII qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them, would be an advantage
