Base salary: Β£27,000 - Β£35,000 (dependant on experience)
OTE: up to Β£47,000

π Join Us as a Commercial Insurance Broker!
We are currently seeking 2 friendly and driven Commercial Insurance Brokers to join our fast-paced insurance sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' commercial insurance needs and building strong relationships with them. You'll have the opportunity to work with warm, inbound leads from multiple sources and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Situated in our vibrant, award-winning sales floor, you will be:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, keeping them at the centre of our processes and interactions
- Understanding our customers' insurance needs and providing the right level of protection to meet those needs
- Complying with regulatory requirements, including Data Protection and FCA guidance, as well as adhering to our governance and control framework
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Insurers and Managing General Agents (MGA's)
- Negotiating policy terms and premiums with Insurers and MGA's
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell our other services to existing Bionic customers
- Converting new customers from lead to quote to policy within defined conversion metrics
- Ensuring high renewal rates by effectively managing existing customer relationships
- Efficiently managing your diary, scheduling and attending meetings, and maintaining accurate records in our systems
- Handling customer queries and processing Mid Term Adjustments (MTAs) to existing policies efficiently and within agreed timeframes
- Managing your inbox proactively, responding promptly to customer and insurer queries, and escalating any concerns to your Team Leader or the Technical team where appropriate
π About You
- Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with Insurers, with the ability to negotiate policy terms and costs
- Demonstrated sales ability in securing new business deals of all sizes, with excellent conversion rates
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience of working in highly regulated insurance industry is essential
- Progress towards relevant qualifications such as CII is preferred
