Commercial Interior Designer
Focus: Retail
Contract: 6-Month FTC
Location: Hybrid (Folkestone / Remote)

Seabrook Studio is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Interior Designer for a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is central to the technical delivery and roll-out of several UK-based retail projects.
We are looking for a designer who combines strong creative conceptual skills with a high level of technical proficiency in Vectorworks.
The Role
This position balances design development with rigorous technical execution. You will work closely with Seabrook project leads to translate brand visions into functional retail environments.

- Technical Design: Support the development of design schemes and produce detailed technical packages.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project leads to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy from concept to completion.
Requirements
- Software: High proficiency in Vectorworks CAD is essential.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in commercial retail design.
- Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Location: Able to join us at our Folkestone studio on a weekly basis (usually 1–2 days per week) for design coordination and meetings.

The Details
- Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
- Schedule: 3–5 days per week (7 hours per day). Flexible hours negotiable.
- Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote working supported outside of studio days).
