Strategy Analyst / Associate – Strategy Group
Join a high-performing strategy team and help shape the direction of a leading global financial institution
You will work closely with senior leaders on critical priorities, tackling complex business challenges and driving initiatives that enhance long-term performance. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across businesses and functions while developing strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
Job Summary
As a Strategy Analyst / Associate in the Strategy Group, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to:
- Define priorities
- Solve complex business challenges
- Drive strategic initiatives shaping growth, market expansion, and business performance
You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on impact, analytical rigor, and continuous development, gaining deep exposure across multiple products, functions, and industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Data & Analysis:
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models for valuation analysis

Reporting & Presentation:
- Prepare clear, compelling proposals for senior stakeholders
- Create actionable insights through industry and competitor research

Problem-Solving & Strategy:
- Identify key business issues and propose scalable recommendations
- Lead and deliver end-to-end strategic projects and targeted workstreams

Execution & Collaboration:
- Manage multiple priorities across fast-moving timelines
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- Proven experience in management consulting or investment banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Clear, persuasive communication—oral and written
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, high-pressure environments
- Dedication to precision and outstanding quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in strategic projects within financial services
- Direct C-suite or senior leadership presentation expertise
- Insights into market analysis, growth strategy, or new product development
- Independent workstream structuring and analytical work leadership
