The Role
You will join a collaborative and market-leading team advising on cutting-edge technology transactions, complex commercial agreements, and large-scale outsourcing projects. The role involves managing high-value matters with significant autonomy while working closely with senior lawyers and sophisticated clients on strategic transactions.

What They’re Looking For
- 3–8 years’ PQE in commercial, technology, and outsourcing work
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience on substantial tech and procurement contracts
- Ability to manage complex matters confidently and build trusted client relationships
- Pragmatic approach, strong commercial acumen, and excellent organisational skills
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to a dynamic, growing practice
