Commercial Lawyer

Job Title: Commercial Lawyer
Role Details:
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, providing strategic, commercially focused legal solutions aligned with their business objectives
- Manage disputes from pre-action strategy through to settlement, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings where required
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, settlement agreements, and other litigation documentation
- Advise on contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, and other commercial conflicts
- Work closely with clients to assess risk, protect commercial interests, and identify pragmatic resolutions to disputes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the dispute resolution process
- Collaborate with consultants and specialists across the firm to deliver seamless, high-quality client service
- Proactively develop and manage your own client portfolio within a consultant fee-share model, generating repeat business and referrals
