Commercial Lead

Soho, London | Full-time | Office-based

Build the commercial engine behind the future of AI-powered fitness.

About Keane

Keane is a B2B SaaS company building a computer vision and AI coaching platform for the fitness industry. Our technology connects to existing gym cameras to automatically recognise and log member workouts, turning physical activity into useful data for personalised coaching, progress tracking and stronger member engagement.

We are backed, pre-revenue and preparing to launch our first commercial pilots with gyms in the UK.

Why this role?

This is a unique opportunity to become Keane's first commercial hire. You'll work directly with the founders to define our go-to-market strategy, secure our first customers and build the commercial function from the ground up. You'll have real ownership, direct influence over company strategy and product direction, and the opportunity to help shape one of the UK's most exciting AI companies from its earliest stage. As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead the wider commercial organisation.

Your mission

Your primary objective is simple: Win Keane's first customers. You'll own the entire commercial process—from identifying target accounts and generating pipeline to leading demos, negotiating commercial agreements and converting pilot customers into long-term partners. You'll also play a key role in refining our pricing, commercial proposition and product roadmap through direct customer feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
