Via is on a mission to create public transportation systems that provide far greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education. Our platform serves as the technology backbone for modern transit networks, transforming antiquated and siloed public transportation systems into smart, data-driven, and efficient digital networks. With hundreds of agency partners around the world, Via is recognized as the leading transportation technology and service provider globally.
As a Commercial Lead at Via, you will be the face and voice of Via for our partners in France and Benelux, both internally and externally. You'll build genuine, durable relationships with the cities and operators working to deliver better transportation for their communities — owning the full commercial journey, from closing new partnerships to driving the renewals, expansions, and growth that follow. Our team is made up of talented, collaborative people who are passionate about making public transit better, and at Via, the work we do together translates into real impact for the people who depend on it every day.
This is an individual contributor role based in Amsterdam, Paris, or London. You'll own your deals end-to-end, with real autonomy and direct impact on how Via grows in your markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
