Overview

We are seeking a senior hands-on commercial finance leader with deep expertise in technology-driven business models to lead the commercial strategy for Global Production’s technology and platform offerings.

The role owns the end-to-end commercial and financial framework for complex technology solutions, including SaaS-like platforms, data products, automation, AI-enabled services, and managed service models.

This position goes beyond RFP support, acting as a strategic advisor and commercial architect, shaping how Publicis Production prices, structures, governs, and scales its global technology propositions while balancing growth, margin, risk, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Leadership – Technology & Platforms

  • Partner with the head of product Strategy to define and lead the global commercial strategy for technology-enabled production solutions, including platforms, tools, automation, and data-driven services.
  • Shape scalable pricing frameworks, commercial constructs, and margin models that support global adoption and long-term client partnerships.
  • Act as a senior commercial advisor to Global Production and Technology leadership on investment decisions, product roadmap trade-offs, and market strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
