Commercial Legal Administrator - In-House
Location: Fully remote (with 1–2 days per month required on-site in either Bristol or London - travel and expenses covered)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time (part-time considered, provided Mon–Fri cover on reduced hours)
About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing content and media business, is looking for a Commercial Legal Administrator to join their in-house legal team. This is a compliance and process-driven role at heart - you'll be the first point of contact for contracts coming through from commercial and creative teams, checking them for accuracy and completeness before they move to signature or legal review, while also managing supplier onboarding and due diligence across the business.
Compliance sits at the centre of the role: you'll be responsible for running anti-slavery due diligence on new suppliers and keeping the compliance database up to date, ensuring NDAs and DPAs are in place where required, and supporting data protection processes including subject access requests. You'll also help with environmental reporting, working alongside the Group's environmental working group to keep the business's carbon footprint reporting accurate and on time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
