An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious NQ–2 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded London litigation boutique renowned for handling complex, high-value and often market-leading disputes.
This is a rare chance to move away from a full-service environment and join a firm where commercial litigation is the core business. You'll work alongside recognised leaders in the field, taking on substantial responsibility from the outset and advising on sophisticated disputes for corporates, financial institutions, funds, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals.

You will advise on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including:
- High-value contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Fraud and asset recovery matters
- Banking and financial services litigation
- Professional negligence claims
- Urgent injunctions and interim relief
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Domestic and international arbitration support
Working in lean teams means genuine client exposure, early responsibility and hands-on experience from day one.
About You
You will ideally:
- Be NQ–2 PQE, including strong September 2026 qualifiers
- NQ's must have at least one seat in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution and trained at a Magic Circle, leading US, international or top-tier specialist litigation boutique
- Demonstrate excellent technical ability and strong commercial awareness
- Have consistently strong academic credentials
- Be looking to build a long-term career specialising in commercial disputes
- E&W qualified
