An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious NQ–2 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded London litigation boutique renowned for handling complex, high-value and often market-leading disputes.
This is a rare chance to move away from a full-service environment and join a firm where commercial litigation is the core business. You will advise on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including:
- High-value contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Fraud and asset recovery matters
- Banking and financial services litigation
- Professional negligence claims
- Urgent injunctions and interim relief
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Domestic and international arbitration support
Working in lean teams means genuine client exposure, early responsibility and hands-on experience from day one.
About You
You will ideally:
- Be NQ–2 PQE, including strong September 2026 qualifiers
- NQ's must have at least one seat in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution and trained at a Magic Circle, leading US, international or top-tier specialist litigation boutique
- Demonstrate excellent technical ability and strong commercial awareness
- Have consistently strong academic credentials
- Be looking to build a long-term career specialising in commercial disputes
- E&W qualified
