A leading, top-ranked law firm in the heart of Leeds is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its highly successful and growing dispute resolution team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a well-established, high-performing team with an excellent reputation for handling a broad range of high-value, complex commercial litigation matters for an impressive client base.
The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload, including:
- Complex contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Commercial fraud
- Injunctions
- Other significant business disputes

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and assisting on a diverse caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters.
- Advising a broad range of commercial clients across multiple sectors.
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and strategically significant disputes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success of the team.

- Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitors at all levels of PQE.
- Commercial Litigation Fee Earners currently undertaking the SQE apprenticeship and looking to progress their career within a leading law firm.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for commercial dispute resolution.
