A leading, top-ranked law firm in the heart of Leeds is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its highly successful and growing dispute resolution team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a well-established, high-performing team with an excellent reputation for handling a broad range of high-value, complex commercial litigation matters for an impressive client base.

The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload, including:

  • Complex contractual disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Commercial fraud
  • Injunctions
  • Other significant business disputes

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and assisting on a diverse caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters.
  • Advising a broad range of commercial clients across multiple sectors.
  • Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and strategically significant disputes.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success of the team.

  • Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitors at all levels of PQE.
  • Commercial Litigation Fee Earners currently undertaking the SQE apprenticeship and looking to progress their career within a leading law firm.
