Paralegal
Dispute Resolution – Commercial Litigation
Worcester | Full-Time | Permanent
Talbots Law is expanding its L500 Recognised Dispute Resolution Department, and we are looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused Paralegal to join our successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within a well-established and growing litigation practice.
You'll work alongside experienced lawyers across a broad range of disputes, providing essential support on varied matters with a particular focus on commercial litigation.
As part of our Dispute Resolution team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service while gaining valuable hands-on experience across a varied caseload.

What does the job involve?
- Supporting lawyers with the day-to-day management of dispute resolution matters, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing legal documentation, court forms, correspondence, bundles and case-related paperwork.
- Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, agents and third parties to provide updates and coordinate case progression.
- Managing diaries, appointments, key deadlines and hearing schedules.
- Operating the firm's case management system and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Assisting with AML checks, file opening procedures, post management, document scanning and archiving.
- Delivering outstanding client care through professional and responsive communication.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, quality and internal procedural requirements.

What you need:
- Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role, ideally within litigation or dispute resolution.
- Demonstrable understanding of legal administration and case management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Efficient organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience preparing legal documents, electronic bundles and client correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems.
