Commercial Litigation Partner - Manchester + Bonus
Are you a driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor with the hunger, ambition, and leadership capability to build and lead a team in Manchester? This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, established Legal 500 firm in Manchester as a Partner, known for its forward-thinking approach, high-performing legal group, and culture that genuinely supports individuality, collaboration, and career autonomy.
The Role:
- Leading and managing complex commercial litigation matters across a range of sectors
- Driving the strategic growth of the commercial litigation practice in Manchester
- Building and developing a strong client base through business development initiatives
- Working collaboratively across offices and practice areas to leverage opportunities
- Providing high-quality, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
- Mentoring, supervising and developing junior team members
- Contributing to the firm’s leadership and wider strategic direction
- Benefiting from a strong referral network and established client platform

The Candidate:
- Established Commercial Litigation Partner Solicitor with a strong track record
- Proven experience handling complex commercial disputes at a senior level
- Strong client following with a history of successful business development
- Expert technical knowledge and a reputation for delivering high-quality advice
- Commercially astute with a strategic and growth-focused mindset
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple offices
- Driven, ambitious and motivated to grow a successful practice
