The Role
Our client is a well-established UK commercial law firm recruiting a Commercial Litigation Partner to join its growing disputes practice. The firm has strategically expanded through acquisitions and organic growth. It provides expertise across Banking & Finance, Commercial & Corporate, Real Estate Corporate, and Real Estate Investment & Finance.
The firm offers an integrated, multi-disciplinary platform, enabling lawyers to provide practical, value-led solutions to clients. The Commercial Litigation practice is pivotal to the firm’s strategy, acting for companies, directors, insolvency practitioners, investors, and other stakeholders in high-value and complex commercial disputes. The role provides an opportunity to develop and lead client relationships, handle high-stakes contentious matters, and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.

The Candidate
- Experienced Commercial Litigation Partner with a proven track record in complex commercial disputes
- Comfortable handling matters across corporate, real estate, banking, insolvency, and general commercial disputes
- Ability to originate and develop client relationships in England and internationally
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver practical, client-focused solutions
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and capable of contributing to the strategic growth of the firm
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary, high-calibre teams preferred
