The Role
Our client, a well-established UK commercial law firm, is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Partner to join its growing disputes practice. The firm supports strategic expansion through acquisitions and organic growth, covering expertise in Banking & Finance, Commercial & Corporate, Real Estate Corporate, and Real Estate Investment & Finance.
By leveraging an integrated, multi-disciplinary platform, the firm enables lawyers to deliver practical, value-led solutions to their clients. The Commercial Litigation practice holds critical importance in steering the firm’s strategy, advocating for companies, directors, insolvency practitioners, investors, and stakeholders across high-value and complex commercial disputes. Successful candidates will field their roles in developing client relationships, managing high-stakes contentious matters, and shaping the firm’s future growth.

The Candidate
An Experienced Commercial Litigation Partner is required, offering:
- A proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes
- Experience spanning corporate, real estate, banking, insolvency, and general commercial disputes
- Ability to origínate and develop client relationships in England and internationally
- Strong commercial awareness and the capacity to craft practical, client-focused solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with an aptitude for collaboration and contributing to the firm’s strategic development
- Ideal candidates possess experience in multi-disciplinary, high-calibre teams
