A highly regarded London disputes boutique is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading Commercial Litigation & International Arbitration team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a specialist disputes practice recognized for handling some of the most complex, high-value, and precedent-setting international disputes. The team acts for multinational corporations, sovereign states, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of commercial sectors and jurisdictions, regularly appearing in the High Court and in arbitrations under leading international rules including the LCIA, ICC, SIAC, DIAC, and GAFTA.
The Role
You will work closely with highly experienced partners on cross-border disputes while managing your own caseload of complex litigation and arbitration matters. Your work will include:

- High-value commercial litigation before the English High Court.
- International commercial arbitration under major institutional rules (including LCIA, ICC, SIAC, and DIAC).
- Multi-jurisdictional disputes involving complex contractual and commercial issues.
- Enforcement and challenge of arbitral awards.
- Interim applications, injunctions, and jurisdictional disputes.
- Advising clients on dispute avoidance strategies and drafting arbitration agreements.
- Working with overseas counsel and coordinating cross-border litigation strategies.
- Supporting business development initiatives and building long-term client relationships.
About You
We're keen to speak with lawyers who have:
- 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation and/or International Arbitration.
- Strong experience handling complex commercial disputes.
- Exposure to international arbitration proceedings.
- Excellent drafting, advocacy support, and case management skills.
- Experience working directly with clients on high-value matters.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a specialist disputes team.
- Experience of cross-border litigation or arbitration would be highly advantageous.
