The Role

Rapidly expanding international law firm offers exceptional opportunity, renowned for its litigation, white-collar defence and corporate advisory capabilities.

  • Full-service US law firm grown into a national powerhouse
  • Offices across United States, plus newly launched London office
  • Offers hybrid expertise: depth + sophistication of a major US firm next to nimble boutique-style disputes team

Key Aspects of the Position

  • Lead high-profile, complex disputes (cross-border litigation, fraud, corporate investigations, high-stakes commercial matters)
  • Early responsibility with UK & US/ international colleague collaboration
  • Direct contribution to London office direction & culture growth from Day 1
  • 1600 chargeable hours target – lower billable demands than standard large firms

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-value commercial litigation for international, sophisticated clients
  • Advise clients across: finance, technology, media & entertainment, insurance, hospitality
  • Support corporate, restructuring, intellectual property, aviation/ employment/ regulatory matters
  • Decipher cross-border disputes alongside US & international teams
  • Contribute to London office operational & cultural development

The Candidate Profile

  • Senior Associate (5+ PQE) from a:
    • US firm
    • Magic Circle / Silver Circle firm, or top-tier equivalent
  • Strong background in commercial litigation & international arbitration
  • Proven track record in running complex cross-border disputes + client relationship management
  • Commercially astute and proactive in Bусiness dev Added: Entrepreneurial mindset aligned with growing London office
