Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2–8 Years’ PQE)

Remote / Hybrid / Flexible Working

At B P Collins, we believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and clear about their future. We are proud to be recognised by Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, and The Times Best Law Firms 2024, but what matters most to us is building a firm where talented lawyers can develop fulfilling, sustainable careers.

Why B P Collins?

Culture isn’t a slogan for us—it’s how we operate every day. We are ambitious, collaborative and forward-thinking, with a strong focus on quality, clarity, and long-term client relationships. Our mission is to simplify our clients’ lives by delivering clear, pragmatic advice they can rely on.

We value individual contribution, open communication, and giving our lawyers the support and space to grow.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our close-knit Dispute Resolution team. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, collaboration, and additional practice depth over a narrow focus.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
