Commercial Litigation Associate | Birmingham | Top 50 Law Firm
£64,000–£78,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Hybrid Working | Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available

I am working with a highly regarded Top 50 UK law firm that is looking to strengthen its Birmingham Disputes team with the appointment of a Commercial Litigation Associate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE to join a nationally recognised practice, working alongside leading Partners and Legal 500 recognised lawyers on complex and high-value commercial disputes.

The team acts for a wide range of national and international clients, providing strategic advice on challenging and commercially important disputes. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters, build strong client relationships and develop your career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

You will be involved in a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:

  • Complex contractual disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Director and boardroom disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Injunctions and urgent applications
  • Reputation-sensitive disputes
  • Strategic litigation matters
  • Multi-jurisdictional and cross-border disputes
