Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2-6 PQE)
Location: Manchester
Working Pattern: Full-time | Hybrid Working Available
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE
The Opportunity
A highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, working alongside experienced litigators on high-quality commercial disputes while developing their own client base and taking on increasing responsibility.
You'll manage your own caseload of lower-value matters while supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation within a collaborative and ambitious team.
The Role
The successful candidate will advise businesses on a broad range of commercial disputes, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own commercial litigation caseload with appropriate autonomy.
- Advising clients on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency and other commercial litigation matters.
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation.
- Attending mediations and Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs).
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and creating legal content.
- Delivering practical, commercial advice and exceptional client service.

About You
The firm is keen to hear from:
- Qualified Solicitors with between 2 and 6 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation.
- Lawyers with strong technical knowledge and experience managing their own caseload.
- Individuals with excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Candidates who enjoy client contact, business development and working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Solicitors looking to take on greater responsibility and continue developing their career.
