Commercial Litigation Solicitor
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking team on a wide range of complex and high-value commercial disputes. While conducting this role, you will be involved in advising clients on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence, and property-related disputes, and representing them in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings. You will also play a key role in supporting the wider Commercial Litigation team, supervising junior colleagues, and contributing to the department's business development and client care objectives.
