Commercial Litigation Associate | Birmingham | Top 50 Law Firm

Salary: £66,000 - £78,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits

Are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a market-leading disputes team where you'll gain exposure to genuinely high-quality work, work alongside recognised Legal 500 lawyers, and accelerate your long-term career progression?

A leading Top 50 UK law firm is continuing to invest in its Birmingham disputes practice and is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Associate (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded national team.

This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative and ambitious disputes group acting for a broad range of national and international businesses on complex, high-value matters. You'll work closely with highly respected partners while being trusted to take ownership of your own caseload and client relationships.

You will advise on a wide range of commercial disputes, including:

  • Complex breach of contract claims
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Director and boardroom disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Injunctive relief applications
  • Reputation-sensitive and strategic litigation
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes
