Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
PQE: 1-5 Years
Location: Suffolk
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working - 2 days from home
A highly regarded regional Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and collaborative team with a strong reputation for handling high-quality commercial litigation work for a broad client base.
The role offers exposure to complex and high-value disputes, alongside the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a supportive environment. You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial litigation matters while working closely with experienced colleagues on a range of complex disputes.

Caseload
- Commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and enforcement matters
- Insolvency-related litigation
- ADR, mediation, and court proceedings
The role will involve advising clients through the full dispute resolution process, delivering practical and commercially focused advice while maintaining a highly client-centric approach.
