Commercial Litigation Solicitor – New London Office Opportunity
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and ambitious law firm in their new London office.
This is a hands-on role within a growing disputes team, offering exposure to high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a confident, commercially astute litigator who can:
- Act as a safe pair of hands
- Support the continued growth of the department
- Bring real impact to a scaling practice
Caseload & Responsibilities
The role covers a broad and varied caseload across all aspects of commercial litigation, including:
- Contractual disputes (e.g., breach of contract, enforcement matters)
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Director and boardroom disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement action
- Bankruptcy and corporate insolvency matters
- Professional negligence claims
- Misrepresentation and fraud-related disputes
- Injunctive relief applications
- Contentious matters arising from supply chain, logistics, and distribution arrangements
- Disputes within regulated sectors

The Candidate – Key Requirements
You will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Be technically strong with sound procedural knowledge
- Be confident managing matters independently
- Demonstrate strong client care and commercial awareness
- Be motivated by growth and the opportunity to play a key role in a scaling practice
This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to transition into a more influential position within a growing firm.
