An ambitious private real estate investment platform is expanding its in-house Property Management team following a significant period of growth.
The business has grown rapidly to build a portfolio now approaching £1 billion, forming part of a wider privately owned real estate group with a combined portfolio of circa £6 billion.
Having established a strong track record across retail and mixed-use assets throughout the UK, the business has recently expanded further into landmark Central London mixed-use investments, marking an exciting next stage in its growth.

The role
- Day-to-day management of a high-quality retail and mixed-use portfolio
- Close collaboration with Asset Management on value-add strategies
- Service charge budgeting, occupier management, and operational performance
- Exposure to lettings, capex projects, repositioning, and ESG initiatives
- Direct involvement in commercial and strategic decision-making
- Opportunity to work across an increasingly diverse portfolio, including significant Central London assets

Candidates should have at least 3 years’ commercial Property Management experience, with individuals from Surveyor through to Associate level considered.
This would suit a commercially minded Management Surveyor looking to move away from a traditional corporate structure and join a fast-growing, well-capitalised investment platform where they can have genuine influence over the portfolio and their own progression.
