£50,000 - £65,000+

About the Opportunity

Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing UK business at the forefront of sustainable agriculture and carbon removal. Through pioneering technology and environmentally focused products, they are helping transform farming practices supporting the transition to a lower-carbon future.

As the business enters an exciting period of expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the growth of their agricultural customer base and establish long-term commercial partnerships across the UK.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven agricultural sales professional with a strong background in the animal bedding, poultry, or wider livestock supply sectors.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the company's commercial strategy, developing new business opportunities while managing key customer relationships. This role requires someone who understands the agricultural supply chain inside out and has a proven ability to negotiate and secure high-value B2B contracts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
