Commercial Manager
Procurement & Commercial Manager – Offshore Wind Type: Contract
We're seeking multiple experienced Procurement & Commercial Managers to support the delivery of next-generation offshore wind projects. These roles are critical in driving project development through strategic procurement, commercial management, and contract negotiation.
About the Role
- Deliver offshore wind power with impactful commercial strategy and execution.
- Work alongside developers, engineers, and external partners to secure successful project delivery.
- Shape sustainable energy projects through compliant, commercially sound procurement practices.

Contract Management
- Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, contractors, and consultancies.
- Ensure alignment with EPC, marine, and engineering contracts where applicable.

Financial & Risk Oversight
- Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and commercial reporting.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

Internal & External Collaboration
- Foster cross-functional relationships with project teams (e.g., commercial, technical, sustainability).
- Align procurement activities with corporate governance, ESG, and sustainability targets.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in procurement/commercial management within:
- Offshore wind
- Renewables
- Large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
- Commercially driven mindset with stakeholder-endorsed collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of EPC, engineering, or marine contracts is highly desirable.
- Degree-qualified (e.g., business, engineering) or professional accreditation (MCIPS preferred).
