We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team, taking ownership of supplier contracts and commercial relationships across a key portfolio within our mobile infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager include:

  • Own end-to-end supplier relationships (from sourcing to exit)
  • Lead contract governance and ensure compliance with our frameworks
  • Run tenders, negotiations, and contract awards with stakeholders
  • Drive cost savings, pricing optimisation, and efficiency improvements
  • Draft and manage contracts in partnership with Legal
  • Manage change control, risks, and commercial disputes (up to Director level)
  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive corrective action
  • Maintain accurate contract and pricing records
  • Support audits and deliver commercial reporting and insight
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including shareholder groups
  • Bring external market insight to improve commercial outcomes

  • Experience managing complex supplier contracts and frameworks
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of contract law and commercial risk
  • Experience working in telecommunications or similar complex environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • MCIPS or equivalent commercial qualification
