Commercial Manager - EMEA Expansion Products

About the Role
The Commercial Manager will focus on driving additional product adoption amongst our existing customer base. This role will closely collaborate with the Vice President of Expansion to develop and execute targeted selling campaigns to drive the adoption of expansion products. The role will have a particular focus on EMEA regional customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing Re-Leased customers in EMEA and articulate the value proposition and benefits of our expansion products
- Conduct needs assessments through strategic questioning to uncover unmet requirements and demonstrate to customers the problems RL expansion products are solving that they may not have been aware of
- Leverage technology to effectively communicate product value and demonstrate ROI to clients
- Escalate customer issues to the right channels promptly
- Be a product evangelist internally for our expansion products, helping to educate, train, and develop core front-line teams in your region as needed
- Provide feedback to the product team on development items for the expansion products
- Form and maintain excellent cross-functional relationships across all major business functions, given the collaborative nature of this role

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Deep knowledge of the Re-Leased platform
- Demonstrated track record of closing new business or successfully renewing customer contracts while exceeding quota targets in a sustained period
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry knowledge or B2B software sales
- Experience communicating technical content to audiences and influencing decisions
