We're partnering with one of the UK's leading food manufacturers to recruit a Commercial Manager into a fast-growing, innovation-led division.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Commercial Lead, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance across an exciting and growing product portfolio.
Working closely with major retail customers and cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for taking products from concept through to launch whilst delivering sustainable commercial growth.

This is a highly visible role, partnering with teams across:
- Commercial
- Category
- NPD
- Operations
- Supply Chain
- Finance
You'll be at the heart of turning innovation into commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow strategic retail customer relationships
- Lead commercial negotiations and customer meetings
- Manage the commercial delivery of innovation projects from concept through to launch
- Build pricing strategies and commercial proposals
- Deliver profitable sales growth across your customer portfolio
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches
- Analyse customer performance and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to the wider commercial strategy of the business
About You
We're keen to speak with Commercial Managers, National Account Managers, or Senior National Account Managers who have experience within:
- Ready to Eat
- Food to Go
- Chilled Foods
- Own Label FMCG
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing major UK retail accounts
- A strong understanding of product launches and commercialisation
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- A commercially curious mindset with a passion for innovation

The Package
- Up to £85,000 depending on experience
