SES Engineering Services are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Southern region, focusing on high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities
As our Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in both winning new work and delivering live projects, while providing functional leadership, governance, and commercial excellence across pre-contract and post-contract activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving commercial strategy in project delivery, customer engagement, and repeat business, while managing, training, and developing the wider Commercial Teams.
- Actively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the commercial function supports functions such as Design, Operations, and Pre-Construction effectively.
- Leading commercial activities for either single large projects or portfolios, ensuring excellence in all phases.
