Commercial Manager
Hybrid (1-2 days in office)
Up to £70,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract and Commercial Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing contracts or pre-signature negotiation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic thinker who can balance operational management with long-term business growth.
- Eligible for security clearance if not already cleared.
